How to claim

02 · We complete your project as normal — the offer changes nothing about the build

03 · Visit ABA Wood and claim your furniture against the promotion

The furniture is supplied by ABA Wood, a separate company in the ABA group. Your construction contract with ABA Associates is unaffected — this is a gift on top of it, not part of the project scope.

Who qualifies

  • Domestic (residential) projects in Pakistan
  • ABA Associates contracted for both the design and the construction of the house
  • Tier determined by plot size in square yards
  • One claim per project — a single, one-time claim
  • Furniture claimed in person at ABA Wood
  • The complimentary items are those listed for your plot size — this is not the complete furnishing of the house
  • The discount applies only to furniture purchased from ABA Wood for the same home, in addition to the complimentary items — 25% on plots of 500 sq yd and above, 15% below that. It does not apply to the construction contract or to anything outside ABA Wood’s furniture range. The complimentary items are provided at no cost, so no discount applies to them
  • Furniture supplied by ABA Wood; selection made from the designs approved for this promotion
  • Not exchangeable for cash or a reduction in the construction contract
  • Your eligibility is fixed by the date of your signed agreement — if this promotion closes, agreements signed before the closing date remain valid
  • Terms may otherwise be varied or the promotion withdrawn without notice
