ABA Associates is a multidisciplinary firm founded on a simple principle: projects succeed when engineering discipline, financial planning and design vision sit at the same table from day one.
For more than a decade as a firm — backed by 25+ years of our founder's certified engineering experience — ABA Associates has served corporate and domestic clients across Pakistan with one-window solutions in construction, renovation and interior design. Our approach integrates engineering excellence with financial and energy-efficient strategies, because a well-built space should also be a well-planned investment. Under Pakistan Engineering Council rules, the credentials and experience of a company's engineer-owner stand as the credentials of the company itself — which means ABA Associates carries 25+ years of certified experience across roads, hydropower, oil & gas, banking and logistics projects, with PEC licensing for buildings, dams and bridges.
Every project is planned, supervised and certified by qualified engineers — structures, services and finishes done right the first time.
Led by a Director who is both a civil engineer and an MBA in Finance, we plan budgets with the same rigour as structures.
Energy-efficient strategies are built into our designs — and we gift a plant to every customer as a mark of that commitment.
I began my career in 1997 on the roads of Lahore, and two years later found myself on the Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project — one of Pakistan's largest ever engineering mega-projects. What those sites taught me has never changed: quality is not a finishing touch, it is a decision made every single day, on every drawing, in every pour of concrete.

We plan it, ABA Planners & Works (Pvt) Ltd builds it, renovates it and fits it out, and ABA Wood manufactures and installs the furniture — one pipeline, one standard, one point of accountability.
25+ years of engineering and project management. Began with NLC Engineers on the Lahore roads rehabilitation project (1997), then served as Senior Engineer on the Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project — one of Pakistan's largest ever engineering mega-projects. Went on to serve Shell Pakistan, Ceres Associates (UAE), United Bank Limited and TCS before founding the ABA Group. PEC-licensed for buildings, dams and bridges.
BS Business Informatics. Leads client relationships and growth across the three group companies.
BS Management Sciences, Accounting & Finance. Oversees budgeting, cost control and financial reporting for all projects.
On-site supervision, quality checks and daily progress reporting across active projects.
Leads manufacturing quality at the ABA Wood factory — from raw timber to finished installation.
Responsible for the final 10% that clients see forever — paint, polish, alignment and handover condition.
We conduct training sessions on essential health and hygiene practices, and enforce strict compliance with safety protocols for both machinery and personnel across all operations.
Access to facilities is monitored and controlled to safeguard employees, equipment and company assets. We promote green practices — including our initiative of gifting a plant to every customer.
